Thank you to everyone who helped shape our new, community-driven district maps!
Washington’s 2020-2022 redistricting has concluded, so our website is dormant. Expect to see us again in 2028!
Who We Are
Our History
Our coalition of organizations came together in 2020 by collaborating on census outreach. We were committed to getting people of color and other historically undercounted communities included in the 2020 Census. Now, we’re continuing this work to ensure that the redistricting process represents all Washingtonians. Several of our member organizations bring experience from advocating during Washington’s last redistricting process in 2011.
Since 2020, we have been lobbying for increased accessibility in the redistricting process, so that the voices of all Washingtonians can be heard. We also successfully advocated for the 2021 Redistricting Commission appointees to include women and people of color, for the first time in Washington State history.
Now, we are bringing together voices from across the state to hold the Redistricting Commission accountable to communities of color and tribal members.
